   September Meal Descriptions

Chicken Lo Mein - 1 bag of frozen grilled chicken (such as Tyson) savory, tender chicken blended with Asian spices and cooked on low heat for a couple of hours, add cooked linguine noodles and you're set for dinner!

Salsa Verde Chicken - 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts. A combination of green chilies and tomatoes make up this delectable mixture for tacos, enchiladas or nachos. OR just eat it straight outta the crock!

Beef Goulash - 1.5 to 2 lbs of ground beef. Remember this classic your favorite neighbor or your grandma made? Cheesy beefy mixture of ground beef, tomatoes and spice with elbow macaroni make this classic hard to beat!

Smothered Pork Chops - 6 boneless, butterfly pork chops. Sour cream, mushroom soup and seasonings smooth out this YUMMY pork dish. If your kids won't eat pork chops, I bet they'll eat them this way!

White Chicken Chili - 3 Chicken breasts or 1 bag of frozen grilled chicken breast strips (such as Tyson). A take off of Ruby Tuesday's delicious Chicken Chili. This combines Mexican seasonings, salsa and creamy white beans for a hearty, warm, treat that pair's perfectly with corn bread!

Pineapple BBQ Meatballs = 24 oz. bag frozen meatballs.  This crockpot meal is so darn good, you and your family will want this again and again! Frozen meatballs, along with pineapple, BBQ and special spices served over rice and dinner is done!

Spaghetti Sauce - 1.25 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey. Our signature, homemade sauce that combines zucchini, carrots, onions, tomatoes and seasonings, works perfectly in the crock. Kids have NO idea how many veggies are in it because we blend it up to hide them.

Korean Pork Shoulder - 3-4 lb. Pork shoulder. Asian seasonings, like ginger, lemongrass and soy sauce, blend with other spices to make this pork so good your family will think you ordered expensive take out! It's so delicious made into street tacos, piled with a little ginger slaw and cilantro or just eaten over steamed rice.

Beef Enchilada Casserole - Add 2 lbs. of ground beef or turkey. Red sauce, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheesy sauce, and Mexican spices, all blend together to make up this favorite dish.

Chicken in Curry Sauce - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. This mild curry sauce is delicious and loved by everyone. It combines Indian spices, yogurt, onions and garlic and paired with chicken, simmered all day in your crock. It's super easy and so so good. It's a fun dish to eat with kids as it goes wonderful over steamed jasmine rice and topped with fun condiments such as peanuts, coconut flakes, and raisins! Kids LOVE to top their dinner with "treats"!

Honey Sesame Chicken - 2.5 lbs. chicken thighs (can use chicken breasts but they dry out quicker). Honey(duh) and seasonings, simmered together for hours in your crock will have you begging for more!

Easy Salisbury Steak - 2 lbs. ground beef patties (I use Angus steak from Walmart). Cremini mushrooms, classic seasonings like Worcestershire sauce, beef broth and butter create a sauce that the patties cook in and it's heaven!

Creamy Italian Chicken - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. This YUMMY dish will please everyone you're feeding, especially the kiddos! It blends creamy soup, cream cheese and seasonings and once complete, serve it over buttered egg noodles!

Frito Chili Pies- 2 lbs. ground beef. This isn't your ordinary "chili". It's thicker and loaded with cheesy goodness for mixing! Tomato sauce, garlic, onions, seasonings and then mixed together with corn chips and topped with sour cream and more cheese, make you wish for fall and football games!

Okie Cowboy Casserole - 1.5 lbs. ground beef. This rustic classic combines meat and potatoes cheese and beans with seasonings. What's not to love?
